Why
your price is higher comparing with other sellers?
Like the old saying, you get what you
pay for! All our LED products are made in Korea and most our HID
products are made in Japan. Unless other sellers' cheaper products
from China, good quality is always guaranteed with our
products.
I want to order more than one
item, how can I check them out together and combine the order?
If you want to order for more than one
item, please email us at
ijdmtoy@motoringmax.com with Subject: combine shipping, we
will quote you the total with the combined discount shipping and
handling and setup the listing for you. Make sure to let us know
your mailing address.
Since we carry all listing products in
stock, so we always ship out the order within the same or next
business. For US customers, the shipping time is 2 to 5 business
days; For Canadian customers, the shipping time is around 5 to 8
days (excluding the custom clearance time); For other International
customers, the shipping time is around 6 to 14 days (excluding the
custom clearance time)
After we ship out the order, you
will receive the notification emails from both eBay and Paypal
regarding the tracking number. Since we mostly use US Postal
Service for shipping, you can visit at www.usps.com to monitor the
shipment.
I am an International customer,
when I track my shipment, it doesn't show anything, what should
I do?
For most
International shipments, the package will get scanned by our
local post office once received and will be directly shipped out
to the destination country. The tracking information will not be
updated until it clears out from the destination country custom
and arrives the destination country post office. Therefore
during this time, there is no tracking updates.
What should I do if the package is
lost or damaged?
First of all, we would like to apologize for the lost and
damage. All lost and damage package will be covered by the
insurance if purchased. Therefore, we highly recommend all
customers to purchase the insurance during checkout. Once the
lost and damage is claimed (usually within 1 to 2 business
days), we will re-send the package immediately with no
additional cost.
If you
want to exchange, please email us from the eBay question form
and we are more than happy to exchange for you with no
additional cost in most circumstances. However, it is customer's
responsibility to pay for the returning postage.
Customer service is our No.1 Priority so within the first 7 days
after you receive the package, no matter what reason, you can
always send it back for a full refund with no question asked. If
it has passed 7 days, we will charge 15% restocking fees. The
shipping cost is non-refundable unless it is our fault that we
sent the wrong item or the item won't fit.

When you send back the item for exchange or return, please make
sure to include a copy of the our last conversation email so we
can fast process the exchange or return.
We carry
Xenon White, Ultra Blue, Brilliant Red and Emerald Green LED
bulbs in stock, you can choose whichever color you want.
However, for license plate
lights, parking city lights, and sidemarkers lights, we
recommend Xenon White (legal color); for tail lights, brake
lights, corner lights, we recommend Brilliant Red/Amber color
(legal color)
Can I request a different color
LED bulbs from the auction listed?

after the checkout to request a color change, please make sure
to include your eBay ID and auction number. If the color you
requested is available, we will exchange the order for you; if
the color you requested is not available, we will email to let
you know.
There are many reasons will
cause the LED bulbs to burn out, such as a sudden surge of
higher voltage; the surrounding temperature is too hot or too
cold; the humidity is too high; the connection is loose, etc.
The LED bulbs have shaper
lighting, therefore it will appear brighter than stock tungsten
bulbs. However since LED bulb has narrow angle, therefore if
looking at the LED bulb from its blind angle, it will somehow
look dimmer. Therefore we highly recommend when installing the
LED bulb, make sure to point the LED clusters directly to the desire
area.
How do I know whether the auction
has the correct item for me?
We have listed all our auctions
base on Osram Sylvania Lamp Replacement Guide with the vehicle
model and made year listed on the title, if you believe you have
received the wrong item(s), please email us at at

to let us know and we will exchange for you or issue the full
refund including shipping for your order.
How can I request a mixed color
package or customize a special LED package?
If you need a customized order or
a mixed color LED package, please email us at

and we will setup the listing checkout for you.
After I install the LED bulb, it
doesn't work, what should I do?
Please try to rotate the bulb 180
degree and plug in again. Since the LED is polar sensitive, it
means that of the power terminals are not matching correctly,
the LED will not light up. (+ with + and - with -). But if the
problem remains, let us know and we will exchange for you.
I installed the LED bulbs to
license plate, but the LED bulb flashes or there is an error
showing on the dashboard, why?
For some newer European vehicles
such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, etc, they all have a
very smart and sensitive on board computer, OBC. The OBC will
notice the LED bulbs because LED bulbs have lower wattage
comparing with stock tungsten bulbs. In order to eliminate the
flash problem and bypass the OBC error showing on the dashboard,
you will need to add resistors.
T10 LED bulb has 6 LED clusters,
the size is 0.8 inches in length, 0.375 inches in diameter; T15
LED bulb has 9 LED clusters, the size is 1.1 inches in length,
0.5 inches in diameter.
I ordered the LED License Plate
Lights, the size listed in the auction is T15, but why did I receive the T10
LED bulbs instead?
For some vehicles, since the
license plate light housing is too small, therefore, only T10
LED bulbs can fit, therefore we send out T10 LED bulbs instead.
What's the difference between D1S/R,
D2S/R and D4S/R HID Bulbs?
D1S/R HID bulbs have igniters
integrated to the bulbs, while D2S/R and D4S/R bulbs don't.
D4S/R HID bulbs are mercury-free version of D2S/R bulbs,
currently are only used for Lexus and Toyota vehicles.
What's the difference between D2C
with D2S and D2R HID bulbs
D2C HID bulbs are hybrid version
of D2S and D2R HID bulbs. The D2C HID bulbs can fit both D2S and
D2R housings.
D2S HID bulbs are used for
vehicles with projector headlights such as Audi, BMW, and D2R
HID bulbs are used for vehicles with non-projector headlights
such as early Lexus and Acura models.
What's the difference between
4300K, 6000K, 8000K, 10000K and 12000K?
4300K has a yellow white color,
6000K has a ultra white color, 8000K has a brilliant blue color,
10000K has a deep blue color and 12000K has a light purple
color.
Please note that higher the
Kelvin, lower the lighting output.
